Cup Caps is a Chrome extension that counts how many messages you send to AI tools and estimates the water those queries consume. That count is stored in your browser's local storage. We do not have access to it. We do not want access to it.

Cup Caps uses Chrome's local storage API to store all usage data. This means:
Cup Caps requires no account and is entirely free. Our server receives nothing from regular use of the extension. The extension runs entirely on your device.
This landing page is hosted as a static site. Standard web server logs (IP address, page visited, timestamp) are retained for 30 days and never sold or shared.
The Cup Caps extension does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers, or any third-party scripts.
This landing page does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The only external request this page makes is to Google Fonts for typography.
Cup Caps links directly to eight conservation organizations. When you click through and donate, you are subject to those organizations' own privacy policies. We share no data with them — links are direct and we are not involved in any transaction.
Cup Caps is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect no personal information at all, this is largely moot — but if you have concerns please contact us at contact@irisinitiatives.org.
